Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of food products:
- Coffee products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
- Returns are only accepted for:
- damaged products,
- incorrect items,
- or major packaging defects.
- Issues must be reported within 24–48 hours after delivery with clear photos.
Flavor Notes Disclaimer
- Flavor notes such as vanilla, berry, chocolate, caramel, rum, or wine describe the aroma and tasting profile of the coffee.
- Unless specifically stated, these notes do not necessarily mean the product contains the actual ingredient or alcohol.
- Customers with allergies or dietary concerns should contact us before purchasing.
