Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products:

  • Coffee products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
  • Returns are only accepted for:
    • damaged products,
    • incorrect items,
    • or major packaging defects.
  • Issues must be reported within 24–48 hours after delivery with clear photos.

Flavor Notes Disclaimer

  • Flavor notes such as vanilla, berry, chocolate, caramel, rum, or wine describe the aroma and tasting profile of the coffee.
  • Unless specifically stated, these notes do not necessarily mean the product contains the actual ingredient or alcohol.
  • Customers with allergies or dietary concerns should contact us before purchasing.
